Stonebwoy performs at the TGMAs
Ghanaian musician Stonebwoy's performance was one of the most impressive at the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMAs), leading to him getting widespread praise.
The dramatic thunder and lightning visuals that opened his set created a fascinating mood and tone for his performance.
He began with his most recent song, "Send Dem," which was already popular on TikTok, and then gave spirited performances of songs that fans love, such as "Sobolo" and "Jejereje."
Notably, Stonebwoy honoured Ghana's hiplife scene by inviting a member of the legendary duo 2Toff to perform a unique rendition of their timeless hit song "Yen Na Bra."
Fans and reviewers alike have praised Stonebwoy's performance for its vitality, inventiveness, and cultural relevance, even though he didn't win the coveted Artiste of the Year award, which went to King Promise.
Despite not winning the main award, the dancehall artiste walked away with a few gongs, including Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year accolade, which he has won eleven times.
